Ambassadors and Imperial-Emissaries wear the black for their regular-duties and Navy-Blue for their Diplomatic-Engagements.All: Amexem-Moor-Empire: Nationals shall and must wear their gender-specific: head-coverings = National-Headress when reporting for duty, training, briefings, or other-official-events.

If we are not operational-underway on the ground where you are located or if you are located more than 4 hours away from our nearest Operations-Center, we require no less than 3: households in your area amalgamating simultaneously to commence operations on the ground where you are. More households may be required depending on how far you are away from the nearest-location where we are operational. One of you would be required to travel once per month to the nearest Operations-Center and report for training (No less than 4 hours of training).

All households in that area are required to help that party defray the cost of travel and accommodations when that party reports for training (This contribution is separate from their monthly-installments/contributions. This ensures that the party gets to their designated-training-area so they may be trained, return-home and train those that sent them to get the training) That party is the party that would probably be designated as the Local-Command-Authority on the ground where you are if they meet the leadership-criteria from the Amexem-Moor-Empire: Department For The Imperial-Affairs. That party would be tasked by the Amexem-Moor-Empire: General-Information-Agency: Operations-Director, to-train the other new: Nationals, in your area (2: hour-training-class every 7: Earth-days is the G-I-A: requirement for the Nationals: Basic-Training-Regimen). If you are 3.5: hours away or less from our nearest-location we only need 1: household (yours) amalgamating into our National-Collection-Of-Souls, to-commence the process/for us to go operational in your area. You would have to report unto the nearest-location for training monthly (bi-monthly if financially necessary).
